Getting to the city and the venue from the airport

• Airport Shuttle: The "30' Direct" shuttle offers a fast and convenient service to Bordeaux's central train station, Gare Saint-Jean. Buses run every 30 minutes, with a travel time of 30-45 minutes.
• By bus/tram: two buses (1 or 48) are available to take you to Palais de Justice, then change to bus 4 (Lewis Brown stop), or to Gambetta to change for tram B (La Cité du Vin stop). The total journey takes around 90 minutes.
• Taxi and Rideshare: Taxis and rideshares are available outside the terminal. The journey to the city centre typically takes 20-30 minutes.
• Car Rentals: Leading car rental companies are located at the airport for those who wish to drive.

By train

If you're flying into Paris or another major hub, Bordeaux is just a 2-hour journey via the high-speed TGV train from Paris Montparnasse station to Gare Saint-Jean in Bordeaux. This option provides a smooth and scenic connection to Bordeaux.

Getting to the venue from the train station

• By tram: take tram C to Quinconces, then change to tram B. Step off at La Cité du Vin and keep walking on rue Lucien Faure for 650 meters to reach the hotel. The total journey takes around 30 minutes.
• By taxi: a faster alternative is to take a taxi from outside the train station directly to venue.
