To participate in the SHVM 2025 Annual Meeting, you must create an account; to do so, please access this page.

This applies to all participants, except invited speakers, who have been already pre-registered and are requested not to create another account; members of the organising committee should also sign up. Once you create an account, you will receive an automatic confirmation message by e-mail; amongst other information, it contains your reference code—please keep it for future use and to access your personal mySHVM2025 area. Through this personal area, you will be able to:

• submit and edit your abstract at any time (until the submission deadline)
• upload your 1-min video
• select your participation package
• register an accompanying person. N.B. Accompanying persons should not process an autonomous registration
• process your payment (if applicable)
• download your certificate of attendance
